Self-exclusion is a tool that allows you to block access to your account for a specific period, which can vary from 3 months to 5 years, or even permanently. During this period, you will not be able to perform any activity on your account, but you will still be able to make withdrawals if necessary.
If you have decided to use this feature, please follow the steps below to enable self-exclusion on your account:
1. Sign in, click on the profile button located on the top right corner of the screen and select the option 'Billetera'.

2. Within ‘Billetera’, choose the option 'My Profile'.

3. In the 'My Profile' menu, click on 'Self-Exclusion'.

4. In the section 'Auto-exclusion', you will find detailed information on how to activate and manage this function. Carefully read the instructions on the screen and follow the steps indicated to configure the self-exclusion period according to your need.

5. Select the option ‘Sí’ to activate the function.

6. Select the desired period for self-exclusion.

7. After selecting the period, review the information and click on ‘Cancel Account’ to confirm.
